Questions

What is Circle³ (C3)?

C3 is a token on Arc with a fixed supply of 333. Every C3 is held as three component tokens (cUSD, cEUR and cBTC), and a wallet's C3 balance is the sum of its three components.

How do I get C3?

Buy it on Topaz Dex from the C3/USDC, C3/EURC or C3/cirBTC pool. Each purchase arrives as equal thirds of the three components. You can buy a fraction of a C3.

How do I earn rewards?

Just hold. Each component earns the trading fees of one permanently locked Topaz liquidity position, paid in C3 and that pool's paired asset: USDC for cUSD, EURC for cEUR and cirBTC for cBTC. There is no staking. Claim whenever you like. C3 sitting inside a Topaz pool does not earn.

What are cUSD, cEUR and cBTC?

They are shares of C3 ownership, not dollars, euros or bitcoin. Sending or trading a component changes your C3 balance by the same amount and changes which fees you earn. They are not extra supply.

Can the liquidity be withdrawn?

No. The three liquidity positions are held by the C3 contract, which has no owner and no function that can remove liquidity, move the positions or change their ranges. It can only collect their fees for holders.

Can more C3 be created?

No. Supply is fixed at 333. There is no mint or burn function, no team allocation and no transfer tax. Component supplies rise and fall as C3 moves between the pools and holders, and together with the pools' inventory they always add up to 333.

Is Circle³ affiliated with Circle or with the issuers of USDC, EURC or cirBTC?

No. Circle³ is an independent community token. It is not issued, sponsored or endorsed by the issuers of USDC, EURC or cirBTC, or by Topaz.

Are rewards guaranteed?

No. Rewards are a share of real trading fees, so they depend on trading activity and on how much of each component is held. The starting price of about $100 is not a floor or a redemption value. The contracts cannot be changed and have not had an external audit.

Where are the contracts?

C3 is at 0x3333f23800A32dE29Cc102ff1a6eE90b3E413333 on Arc (chain id 5042), with verified source on arc.etherscan.io. The three components, pools and position ids are listed on this page and in /deployment.json.
